BALUSTER: A small column or other vertical shape which, when placed in a series with a railing, becomes a Balustrade. When you choose a Baluster and Rail System from Stonex Cast Products, Inc., you are choosing a product of Quality and Durability. Many years ago when we decided to bring Balusters and Rails into our product line, we made a conscious decision to develop a process that would produce a Baluster that would meet our standards of quality. After eight long months of trial and error, we achieved our goal and are now producing a superior quality baluster that we are proud to put our name on. We have six different styles of Balusters ranging in size and shape. All Balusters are made with an epoxy coated rebar that protrudes from the top and bottom for easy installation. All top and bottom rails can be made in straight and radius pieces. They can be made up to 6 feet in length. Custom lengths are always welcome. Newel posts are also part of our Baluster line but are not always needed. Please contact a Stonex Representative for assistance in designing your next Balustrade project. Our Balustrade System can be assembled with epoxy or cement grout material. We recommend you find a qualified installer with experience in this type of application. You put a lot of time and effort into designing and building your project: do the same with your installer. It can make the difference between a beautiful project and an eyesore. |
